4.1 Absolute Prohibition on Analysis. Licensee shall not, under any circumstances, attempt to:

4.2 Prohibition on Derivative Works. Licensee shall not create, develop, or attempt to create:
- • Any derivative works based on TITAN Engine© systems
- • Competing or similar systems using insights gained from the Software
- • Alternative implementations of protected algorithms or methodologies
- • Modified versions, enhancements, or improvements
- • Integrated systems incorporating protected elements
4.3 Prohibition on Knowledge Transfer. Licensee shall not:
- • Document or record operational insights for competitive purposes
- • Train personnel on protected methodologies for external use
- • Share understanding of system capabilities with competitors
- • Use operational knowledge to develop competing products
- • Publish analysis, reviews, or technical assessments of the systems
5. TRADE SECRET PROTECTIONS
5.1 Trade Secret Status. All proprietary systems within TITAN Engine© are designated as Trade Secrets under applicable laws. This status provides perpetual protection independent of patent or copyright limitations.

10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY PROCEEDING WITH SOFTWARE USE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

- • The proprietary systems represent significant economic value and competitive advantage
- • Violations will result in immediate and severe legal consequences
- • You assume personal and organizational liability for violations
- • Protection extends globally across all jurisdictions
